The Heat Pump Product Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience in technical communication, refrigeration design, and applied HVAC technology while collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and New Product Development teams to create instructional resources, support troubleshooting activities, and evaluate potential product improvements. Demonstrate integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and transparency by maintaining accurate technical documentation, following established safety and testing procedures, identifying opportunities for product improvements, and effectively communicating project findings.
