This role serves as a strategic business partner to operations, providing leadership, training, coaching, and support to ensure the successful implementation of safety programs that protect employees, guests, clients, and company assets. The District Safety Manager works closely with NPO groups, Hourly staff, General Managers, Safety & Risk teams, and venue leadership to drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture throughout the district.
