As the Weekend Registered Nurse, you will assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each home health patient, while continuously evaluating personal and professional performance and making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered.     Primary Responsibilities: *    Makes the initial nursing evaluation in determining eligibility for hospice services during visit within forty-eight (48) hours of referral *    Identifies the patient's/family's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs and re-assesses as needed, no less than every fifteen (15) days *    Initiates and coordinates the plan of care while maintaining accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition *    Documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care *    Collaborates with the patient/family, attending physician and other members of the IDG in providing patient and family care daily You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.  Required Qualifications:<ul><li style="background-color:white;color:black;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle">Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice</li><li style="background-color:white;color:black;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle">Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation</li><li style="background-color:white;color:black;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle">CPR Certification</li><li style="background-color:white;color:black;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle">Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client  </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li style="background-color:white;color:black;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle">Able to work independently</li><li style="background-color:white;color:black;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle">Good communication, writing, and organizational skills</li></ul> Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $67,104 to $100,656 annually based on full-time employment. Description Duties and Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift. </li><li>Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere. </li><li>Stay proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates. </li><li>Ensure that all proper training has been completed to operate safely and efficiently.  </li><li>Conduct regular audits to ensure the club is presentable and hold up to Excel standards. </li><li>Perform club walkarounds and complete assigned cleaning or associated tasks along with re-inspecting said tasks. </li><li>Audit and balance cash drawers daily. </li><li>Properly input and update prospective and current member information into tablets and point of sale. </li><li>Ensure members adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines and address any infractions.  </li><li>Provide a safe and secure environment for all members. </li><li>Communicate with members and create a high level of member service. </li><li>Stock retail and janitorial items for the following shift. </li><li>Understand and adhere to company standards and help resolve any day-to-day member issues. </li><li>Audit club inventory and communicate with GM, AM, and Shift Lead on recommendations of inventory orders. </li><li>Stay up to date on all required certifications and training courses. </li><li>Participate in team meetings.  </li><li>Communicate with, promote, tour, and assist prospects and potential members. </li><li>Assist the GM and AM with club membership promotions, training, and implementation of any operational strategies. </li><li>Ensure the club complies with all state and federal laws and insurance requirements. </li><li>Operate and assist applicable members with the use of equipment, tanning, HydroMassage, Total Body Enhancement, and other amenities while making sure all applicable processes and procedures are adhered to. </li><li>Assist GM and represent our company at community events and other outreach activities. </li></ul>Qualifications:  <ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone. Uncertified Team Players will be given the opportunity to complete CPR/AED training within the first 30 days of their employment. </li><li>Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time. </li><li>Great communication skills with internal and external customers. </li><li>Must be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized. </li><li>Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively. </li><li>Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer. </li><li>Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. </li><li>Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements. </li></ul>Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.  Work Environment: This job operates in a fitness club environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones, as well as standard custodial equipment such as cleaning chemicals, floor scrubbers and vacuums. Full-Time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week. Part-Time employees are ones that regularly work 29 hours per week or less. Availability of full-time and part-time positions are dependent on business need. This position may work outside of regularly scheduled shift hours to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight as required.
