	</li><li>Prioritizing workloads and allocating resources effectively to achieve daily production goals.
	</li><li>Communicating regularly with team members, peers, and other departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
	</li><li>Enforcing safety, ergonomic, security, and environmental standards to maintain a compliant workplace.
	</li><li>Hiring, training, and evaluating team members to support team development and performance.
	</li><li>Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
	</li><li>Reporting operational issues, progress, and safety concerns to upper management promptly.
</li></ul> What You'll Bring 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: <ul><li>MUST BE a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related work experience preferred.
	</li><li>23 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
	</li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
	</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees.
	</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.
	</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
