Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment and facilities in assigned areas, including but not limited to filter changes, battery replacements, safety shower inspections, door hardware maintenance, and fan coil cleaning. Representative Job Duties: Performs basic repairs in a variety of areas including carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, minor glass repair, minor metal work, and related maintenance areas.
