This is a wrench-in-hand, boots-on-the-floor role - you will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, troubleshoot and repair building and utility systems, support contractors during qualification activities, and keep the plant clean, safe, and inspection-ready. Execute the preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC, BMS sensors, air handlers, dust collection, compressed air, RO/DI water, electrical panels, and general building systems.
