Through excellence in facility care, event support, campus readiness, and behind-the-scenes ministry operations, this role helps support the mission and ministry of The Crossing by creating environments where people can gather, grow in community, and engage in life-changing ministry experiences. By maintaining the safety, security and usability of our buildings, resources and grounds, our Facility Technicians eliminate disruptions to our weekend experience and our weekly ministries, allowing people to build a closer relationship with Jesus and each other.
