Education & Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical roles within critical environments (data centers, hospitals, or power plants preferred).Ability to pass a thorough background check including criminal, employment, education, DMV, and credit review. Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience installing, maintaining, or troubleshooting large industrial systems, including chilled water systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, HVAC, diesel generators, UPS systems, and more.
