This position assists with the museum operations and objectives of the Maintenance/Facilities department, assists the Special Events department in executing rental events, works with the coordination of various other departments, as well as ensures proper preservation of all museum equipment through the implementation of accepted safety procedures to safeguard staff, visitors and museum property. Assist in the maintenance and general cleaning of the buildings, grounds and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security systems, emergency generators, roofs, exterior lighting, parking lot area, exterior paint, pest management, trees/landscaping, windows and bollards.
