Performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on building and park facility systems, including but not limited to flooring, interior and exterior lighting, roofing, fire suppression systems, fixed and portable generators, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, backflow devices, lift stations, small appliances, office equipment, bus shelters, and park structures, utilizing appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools while identifying labor resource needs and allocating resources as required to maintain, repair, and enhance facilities. Knowledge of: Principles and practices of general construction, repair, maintenance and reconstruction practices of building/facility infrastructure (i.e. flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, minor cabinetry, appliances, furniture, painting, roofing, etc.).
