What your day to day will look like: Build and maintain strategic client relationships at all organizational levels, serving as trusted advisor while proactively identifying opportunities to expand JLL service offerings beyond tactical delivery Ensure flawless execution of all facilities projects and services while consistently exceeding contracted KPIs and SLAs through continuous performance monitoring and proper work order documentation Lead comprehensive office relocation projects from feasibility through post-move optimization, coordinating space readiness, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining business continuity Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Finance, and client departments to align facility activities with organizational objectives and develop risk mitigation strategies Provide inspirational team leadership that drives high performance through clear expectations, constructive feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability Conduct detailed financial analysis including monthly variance reports, create accurate budgets and capital plans, and identify cost-reduction initiatives that maintain service quality Leverage data analytics and Business Intelligence tools to provide insightful financial metrics and transparent reporting to both JLL leadership and client stakeholders Drive innovation using JLL's IdeaStream platform, global best practices, and emerging technologies while continuously improving service delivery processes and operational efficiency Maintain productive relationships with property landlords and building management teams, coordinating on base building issues, capital improvements, and lease compliance Ensure all client communications are thorough, accurate, professional, and timely, tailoring approaches from routine updates to executive-level strategic discussions Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field required 6+ years progressive facilities management experience with at least 4 years in leadership/management role Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site facility portfolios, preferably in corporate office environment Proven track record building strong client relationships and delivering measurable business value Strong financial acumen with experience developing/managing operational and capital budgets and conducting sophisticated financial analysis Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with collaboration platforms like SharePoint Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills for audiences from frontline staff to executive leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams through goal-setting, coaching, and performance management Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications (CFM, FMP, or PMP) Experience with data analytics tools and Business Intelligence (BI) systems for performance reporting Experience within the financial services industry, class A office space or managing multi-site operations Additional Requirements Availability for on-site presence during regular business hours with flexibility to respond to urgent matters during evenings or weekends as operational needs require.
