This role combines groundskeeping, light facility maintenance, fencing and paddock repair, irrigation and water system support, equipment upkeep, housekeeping, inventory control, and basic troubleshooting of facility systems. This is a hands-on position requiring strong follow-through, practical repair ability, independent judgment, and the ability to prioritize work based on season, weather, equipment condition, safety, and operational need.
