HVAC Controls Technician you will be responsible for: Performs corrective and preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment, including air handling units, chillers, refrigeration equipment, boilers, exhaust fans, Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, pneumatic and digital controls with building automation systems, and chemical treatment. The HVAC Controls Technician will diagnose system issues, respond to alarms, perform preventive maintenance, test and calibrate controls and sensors, and make necessary repairs or adjustments to minimize equipment downtime.
