Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all common areas (including indoor and outdoor spaces) by sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, assisting with pool upkeep, emptying trash, supporting event setup/breakdown, performing minor tasks such as light bulb replacement and reporting maintenance issues, organizing supplies, and following all safety procedures while reporting hazards. Perform minor maintenance replacement and repair in areas of carpentry, electrical work, AC, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other minor building repairs through daily work orders as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job.
