JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Facilities Trades Manager, the Assistant Trades Manager provides day-to-day supervision and coordination of assigned skilled trades personnel while assisting with the maintenance, repair, installation, and operation of University facilities and infrastructure. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments and requires frequent exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, mechanical equipment, construction activities, and other conditions associated with facilities maintenance.
