Sufficient command of the English language to be able to draft and communicate facilities projects and plans, interpret written materials, coach/supervise facilities technicians, negotiate agreements, service orders, pay rates, materials, and services, and communicate with others both orally and in writing regarding budgeting, warranties, and safety matters. This role will ensure that all current and future Café Yumm! restaurants, including the buildings, fixtures, equipment, furniture, and décor, meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the team members who work in, the guests who dine in, and the vendors who serve our facilities.
