This primarily stationary role involves maintaining the integrity and functionality of building systems, both interior and exterior, including critical infrastructure.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.</li><li>Conduct daily rounds and interpret system readings to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee vendor work and service contractors.</li><li>Execute general repairs and adjustments to lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</li><li>Respond to demand repairs and tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Proven general maintenance experience in commercial building operations.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work from ladders, and perform tasks overhead.</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Willingness to participate in on-call, after-hours, and weekend rotations.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Demonstrated track record of excellence in facilities maintenance.</li><li>Working knowledge of HVAC systems with the ability to perform adjustments and repairs.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.</li></ul><h3>Work Environment:</h3><p>This role involves physical activity, including lifting, climbing, and exposure to outdoor elements.
