Founded in 1919, Garver is an employee-owned engineering, planning, and environmental services firm focused on aviation, transportation, buildings, federal, water and wastewater services; surveying; advisory services; and construction engineering and inspection. Working as a team player with a group of technicians and designers, of various levels and disciplines (civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical etc.) and working with project leaders and design teams to execute projects.
