Repairs : Conduct routine inspections, identify repair needs (including planned and emergency related repairs) and promptly address any issues related to the hotel's physical infrastructure, including fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical (lighting, UPS, PDU, generators, primary switch gear), emergency backup systems and hot water system, high pressure boiler units, mechanical systems repairs including relevant demolition, reconstruction, and cleaning of work area. For illustrative purposes, such minor tasks include but are not limited to: removing conduit or electrical wiring once an electrician has made sure the power has been turned off during a major renovation assignment; touching up paint, installing molding, repair and painting of retaining walls, doorways, repair of HVAC vents, plumbing related work, as well as any cleanup and demolition required to commence and complete the work assignment.
