Inspect and adjust property equipment as necessary • Collaborate with other Facilities Team Members and Departments on tasks and projects • Assist in the installation or relocation of equipment and property furniture • Uses hand tools and power tools in making maintenance repairs • Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work • Perform exterior maintenance, snow removal, and salting as necessary • Attend departmental and company meetings • Adheres to all safety procedures and keeps work area clean of debris. Must be 21 years of age Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Available to work required schedule which may include night, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Must have a high school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years maintenance experience specializing in skills related to carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, roofing, or HVAC preferred Valid driver's license.
