Working knowledge of GAAP and the ability to build and oversee an accounting function you• have not previously run.• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex financial information to executive• leadership, boards, lenders, government officials, and cross-functional teams.• • 3+ years of experience in private credit, direct lending, structured credit, or project finance,• including originating, underwriting, and closing transactions.• Demonstrated experience taking a financing from term sheet to close, including negotiating• structure, covenants, and documentation.•
