Summary: The Finance Supervisor is responsible for assisting with operations, profitability, performance results, department supervision, and customer satisfaction in the Finance and Insurance department. The Finance Supervisor works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.

Supervises Financial Services Producers. The Finance Supervisor works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.  Supervisory Responsibilities:  This job has direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following:<ul><li>Assists with the sale of financing and insurance to customers.</li><li>Works towards improving sales and operations in the department.</li><li>Reviews profitability to dealership of financing arrangements.</li><li>Provides input to upper management and Human Resources to make hiring and discipline decisions.</li><li>Trains and supervises Financial Services Producers.</li><li>Ensures Financial Services Producers are AFIP Certified.</li><li>Ensures Financial Services Producers are utilizing the menu selling process.</li><li>Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents; and, ensures Financial Services Producers are using a deal checklist.</li><li>Works closely with sales and finance team, maintains effective employee relations</li><li>Monitors departmental compliance with lending laws and regulations</li><li>Maintains CSI at or above Company standards</li><li>Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area</li><li>Participates in required training </li><li>Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.</li><li>Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values</li><li>Complies with Company policies and procedures</li><li>Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
