Examples of specialized experience includes: (1) skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to complex issues concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Joint Training Program; (2) extensive knowledge of current military law, joint doctrine, join plans, policies, and practices; (3) extensive knowledge of military all-domain (e.g., air, land, maritime, cyber, space) and multi-functional (SOF, Defensive Cyber Operations, etc.) concepts and principles; DOD military command and control operations, command and control of air, land maritime, cyber SOF and space forces, geographical areas of responsibility as it pertains to the Combatant Commands, air land maritime, cyber, SOF and space combat operations at both the operational and strategic levels of war and DSCA; (4) thorough knowledge of homeland defense and civil support activities, operations and exercises as used by DOD, the Joint Staff, other Combatant Commands, the Services, and Combat Support Agencies. As a NORAD and USNORTHCOM Domain Exercise Controller of the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG), acts as the key domain exercise observer/controller, managing and directing, up to 200, co-located and geographically dispersed binational personnel during NORAD and USNORTHCOM exercises and other supported Joint and Combined exercises.
