Reporting into the Plant HR Director, the HR Generalist partners closely with plant leadership to foster a positive employee experience, support business objectives, and maintain a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with all company policies and employment regulations. This role is responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, workplace investigations, labor relations (including grievances), performance management, employee engagement, policy administration, compliance, and HR process execution.
