In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience for GS-1740-09 which includes assisting in planning, implementing, administering, and advising on activities designed to provide individualized career-related or self-development education plans to include education and training academic opportunities, tuition assistance program, career development programs, and other education and training services and activities and counseling students or enrollees to establish educational and occupational objectives. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, implement, administer and advise on Voluntary Education opportunities, the Military Tuition Assistance (MilTA) program, career and force development programs, testing and other education and training services and activities available to military members, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians and family members.
