Certification must be in accordance with the curriculum of the AHA, for Healthcare Provider's Program (for any and all certifications applicable through the AHA program) - please check all that apply: BCLS/CPR Must be current upon hire and thereafter ACLS If required in unit, nurse with a year or less of experience - obtain within 12 months of hire; nurse with over a year of experience - obtain within 6 months of hire; or if hired with a current certification must keep current at all times PALS or ENPC If required in unit, nurse with a year or less of experience - obtain within 12 months of hire; nurse with over a year of experience - obtain within 6 months of hire; or if hired with a current certification must keep current at all times NRP If required in unit, nurse with a year or less of experience - obtain within 12 months of hire, nurse with over a year of experience - obtain within 6 months of hire; or if hired with a current certification must keep current at all times TNCC/TCAR If required in unit, must have and maintain certification within eighteen months after hire; or if hired with a current certification must keep current at all times STABLE If required in unit, must obtain within 12 months of hire, or if hired with a current certification must keep current at all times CPI (SAMA at STBH) If required in unit, nurse with a year or less of experience - obtain within 12 months of hire; nurse with over a year of experience - obtain within 6 months of hire; or if hired with a current certification must keep current at all times SAMA(STBH only) If required in unit, - obtain within 90days of hire FETAL MONITORING If required in unit, nurse with a year or less of L&D experience - obtain within 12 months of hire; nurse with over a year of L&D experience - obtain within 6 months of hire; or if hired with a current certification must keep current at all times.
