Provides assistance with assigned personal care tasks that meet resident physical and emotional personal needs consistent with the Orchard philosophy- For example: physical transfers, personal hygiene tasks such as mouth care, bathing and dressing, activity support, guidance and direction, and most importantly the ability to make a personal connection and engage respectfully, compassionately and meaningfully. Assists or leads small groups with engaging in one on one experiences with residents- Activities include socialization, personal growth, exercise, music, community integration, spiritual development, recreation and performance improvement under the direction of the Engagement Director.
