Acting as a key accounting reference point, the position will work closely with Headquarters Admin & Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Finance and M&A teams, as well as Legal, Business Development teams and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, lenders, administrative agents and Tax Equity investors. The role will oversee accounting close processes, financial reporting, cash flow management, Tax Equity operations, project finance activities and financial due diligence processes related to financing, refinancing and M&A transactions.
