The incumbent owns and manages user access across the full portfolio of Army National Guard medical databases and portals, serves as the primary IT support resource for all medical branch personnel, coordinates statewide medical readiness events from planning through post-event documentation, and administers MHS GENESIS access and records retrieval. Manage user permissions and access for the full portfolio of military medical databases and portals including MODS, MEDCHART, MEB Prep, MHS GENESIS, Quest Diagnostics, DOEHRS, AERO, IPPS-A, and iPERMS; troubleshoot and resolve all access issues.
