The Registered Nurse Team Lead works collaboratively to produce, nurture and sustain a professional practice and healthy work environment that affords and enhances patient care experience, effectiveness, and efficiency through leadership to multidisciplinary teams, effective physician relationships and a shared vision and dedication to the future of Aspirus. Common patient diagnoses include (but not limited to): Acute Coronary Syndrome, Cardiac Arrhythmia, Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertensive Urgency, Myocardial Infarction, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Pneumothorax, Pulmonary Embolus, Pulmonary Emphysema, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Valvular Regurgitation.
