This role will own strategy and go-to-market approach for key interoperability offerings, including Oracle Health Connection Hub, Oracle Health Information Network, QHIN / TEFCA-enabled capabilities, and related solutions across clinical data exchange, provider-payer connectivity, care coordination, prior authorization, patient access, provider access, payer-to-payer exchange, APIs, and broader ecosystem connectivity. The ideal candidate will bring deep familiarity with the healthcare interoperability landscape, including TEFCA, QHINs, health information networks, FHIR APIs, information blocking rules, ONC certification requirements, CMS interoperability requirements, prior authorization automation, patient access, provider access, payer-to-payer exchange, and related regulatory and market dynamics.
