Responsibilities:
<div><div>Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.</div><div> </div><div>*Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition. *Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. *Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders. *Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.</div></div>

Qualifications:
<div>*Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. *Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. *Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.</div>

Experience Drivers: Must have minimum 6 months Flatbed experience and 1 year of Over the Road or Regional experience.Compensation: $1400 to $1600 per week and $5000 sign on bonus for experience flatbed drivers only.Home Weekends: 5 out and 2 days home with your family. Duties: Tarpping and strapping down certain loads 
Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
