Lead and manage the Equipment Engineering team across the complete equipment lifecycle, including concept development, detailed engineering, design release, build support, system integration, debug, validation, FAT, installation/commissioning, field support, and ongoing product improvement. This role requires a strong engineering leader who can build and manage a cohesive multidisciplinary team, establish clear priorities and accountability, allocate resources effectively, and ensure reliable execution across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
