Our Experienced Driver Orientation Program keeps you separated from newbies and is only 3-5 days long, depending upon your experience levelIf you have limited or no flatbed experience, we will allow you to ride with a Driver Trainer to learn the ropes of flatbedding. Percentage pay is loved by Experienced drivers because it pays more than traditional per-mile programs, and they get a share of the gain every time TMC gets a rate increase from our customers.
