Supervise kitchen, dish and all other BOH teams to perform smooth and efficient daily shifts, ensuring an exceptional guest and employee experience, including but not limited to opening and closing shifts; assigning, approving and checking out side work, point of sale (POS) and timekeeping supervisory functions; recommending continuous improvements to processes and procedures, monitoring staffing levels and performing appropriate cuts to support business levels, assigning and cover breaks food prep and cooking; ensuring adequate inventory levels of food and supplies. With more than 6,000 square feet that can host 250 guests for a seated function and 425 for a reception, the ballroom can also be divided into three independent spaces with access to the outdoor terrace, providing sweeping views of the Chicago River along the entirety of the venue.
