Scope of Work: <ul><li>Floor Care: Operate auto-scrubber, sweep, mop, and vacuum all designated areas. </li><li>Detailing: Dust surfaces and clean glass/windows in the lobby. </li><li>Sanitization: Thorough cleaning and restocking of restrooms. </li><li>Maintenance: Ensure the lobby creates a welcoming environment for the coming week. </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Equipment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to run an auto-scrubber. </li><li>Experience: Proven history in commercial cleaning. </li><li>Technology: Must possess a Smartphone for communication and task management. </li><li>Logistics: Reliable transportation to the job site is mandatory. </li></ul>
