Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management* Experience with KPI management* Supervisor or management experience* Bachelor's degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams* Process improvement experience* Experience leading day to day operations within a warehouse environment* Ability to establish accountability, measure work and drive performance to objectives. Maybe required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment (gloves, protective eyewear, etc.).* Specific vision requirements may include close, distance, color, peripheral visions, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.*
