• Facilitate and lead cross-functional team in failure analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure and leading Corrective Action Boards (CAB).

p>The Additive Manufacturing Technician will support an engineering additive lab by operating and maintaining FDM/FFF 3D printing equipment, preparing CAD models and build files, supporting polymer component production, and helping engineering teams with prototyping, research, and production work. Provides 20% to 40% line support to include but not limited to: Receive, material handling, build product/materials, formulate bulk solutions, facilitate material availability, SAP transactions/confirmations and packet review, audit processes, allocate resources and protocol/validations. Addresses and escalates any potentially unsafe hazards; ensures audit readiness (OSHA, FAA, FDA, etc.); representing the team during internal audits/inspections.

Understand electricity and electrical theory, possess a working knowledge of computers, computer operating systems, PLCs, electrical and pneumatic components and devices, and the ability to work safely in electrical panels with up to 480 volts. Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, follow diagnostic and repair procedures from instrument equipment manuals on a wide variety of equipment requires training and experience in electrical theory, electronics, plant systems, equipment and procedures.
