The Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations (Extrusion) is expected to maintain a regular presence on the production floor and will be required to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime, to support business needs, production requirements, and employee development. Plans shift activities and resources to optimize performance in line with production goals; Communicates shift performance (safety, production, quality, etc.) goals, metrics and outcomes to team members; Builds an understanding of the team's contribution to the shift/site/business goals.
