Assist in design, line/cell layout and movement, fabrication, installation of specialized tools, equipment, and material handling devices used for manufacturing • Assist cell work teams with work station design, fabrication and implementation of manufacturing processes, and improvements • Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing tools and equipment • Will assist the Facilities Technician with building repair and upkeep as needed • Assist Manufacturing Engineer with design, start-up, and application of equipment and tools • Create equipment inspection and repair schedules for preventive maintenance program • Train employees on proper and safe use of equipment • Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
