Cares for our community by stewarding existing relationships and growing new relationships with businesses, medical facilities, schools, and non-profits • Leads planning and execution of the restaurant sales strategy to grow total restaurant sales through increased transactions, check average, and growth in the catering channel • Manages Marketing budget by tracking monthly spend, including: discounts, offer redemptions, team wages, and marketing supplies • Develops and cares for a Marketing team to support catering, events, and social media by having ICNU conversation with those who exhibit warm hospitality and contagious energy • Leads menu rollout process by educating Leaders and Team Members, coordinating sampling efforts, and executing POP/Menu Board changes • Partners with the Front of House team to grow menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and other in-restaurant marketing behaviors • Manages Facebook / Instagram pages, responds to guest concerns and ensures content represents the brand and our store's identity • Cares for Marketing team by giving timely feedback, regularly communicating and connecting personally • Partners with Operational Directors and Scheduler to communicate resource needs, specifically product and labor needs at least two weeks in advance of a marketing activity • Serves as point of contact for recurring catering orders / ADP's and large catering orders. • Cares deeply for the five core customers (guests, team, community, brand, self) and encourages those behaviors in others • Oriented toward growth, in the spirit of inspiring people to become the best versions of themselves • Brings positive energy to every interaction and has a natural ability to connect with others • Exhibits ownership within role and embraces problems as they arise • Ability to develop others by delegating responsibilities and coaching them toward growth • Anticipates 90 days into the future and plans effectively to achieve results, anticipates challenges and creates contingencies to insure outcome success • Manages time and effort to execute responsibilities and achieve outcomes • Develops self inside and outside of the restaurant • Willingness to resolve conflict with team members, shift leaders, and directors urgently • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and a willingness to engage in operations when necessary • Familiarity with the Chick-fil-A brand • Availability to work evenings and weekends to support marketing events.
