Assists in leading and engaging residents in the 7 domains of well-being programs - purposeful, intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional, and physical in a dementia-friendly structured environment; including sensory-focused small groups for residents who cannot participate in a large group setting. In alignment with Brookdales Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, assists in providing person-centered programs while engaging residents in meaningful and purposeful dementia care programs within the Brookdale community, enhancing their quality of life.
