Plans, organizes, and instructs courses as assigned by the Department Chairperson/supervisor, utilizing effective and engaging instructional strategies, the learning management system (LMS), appropriate communication, classroom management, leadership skills, and instructional/educational technology to promote student success.
The Adjunct Instructor for English as a Second Language provides classroom (in-person) instruction to ESL students at either the Wilmington and/or Stanton Campus locations (northern Delaware), delivering engaging lessons in accordance to prescribed course curricula, two or three days per week (mornings or afternoons) during the fall semester.
