1-3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience OR 2+ years of civilian leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related environment. If you''ve supervised teams, led missions, maintained accountability for people or equipment, coordinated logistics, or made decisions in fast-moving environments, you''ve already developed many of the skills we''re looking for in an Operations Supervisor.
