Position Overview The Part-Time Paramedic will provide high-quality medical care and emergency response services under the guidance of the Program Coordinator. This role requires professionalism, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. Who We Are Looking For <ul><li> Knowledge and proficiency in working in a clinical environment. </li><li> Customer Service - able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to targeted customer base/market, building relationships, and acting as an internal company advocate. </li><li> Team Orientation & Interpersonal Skills - highly motivated, passionate, and creative team-player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization. </li><li> Communication - able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. </li><li> Organization & Time Management - able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling, and organizing a professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. </li><li> Systems & Software - proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. </li></ul> Key Responsibilities Medical Services: <ul><li> Deliver Clinical and BLS care for members and guests, ensuring prompt and effective treatment for medical emergencies. </li><li> Assess patient conditions and provide stabilization as needed until advanced care arrives or transport is arranged. </li><li> Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies in the clinic and response vehicle. </li><li> Coordinate medical referrals and consultations with local and remote physicians, including telemedicine consultations. </li><li> Maintain electronic medical records and report all patient encounters. </li></ul> Event Coverage: <ul><li> Provide on-site medical coverage for private events, working closely with the Program Coordinator and event staff. </li><li> Ensure medical preparedness and respond promptly to any incidents during events. </li></ul> Program Support: <ul><li> Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to ensure operational protocols are followed. </li><li> Assist with inventory management, equipment checks, and maintaining accurate medical records. </li><li> Maintain all supplies, medical equipment, and emergency response vehicles according to manufacturer recommendations and client procedures. </li><li> Assist with developing or maintaining policies and procedures for clinical operations, including telemedicine capabilities and medical evacuations. </li><li> Perform cleaning, care, and disinfection of the clinic and work area. </li></ul> Client Engagement: <ul><li> Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional and compassionate care. </li><li> Uphold the reputation of the medical program as a trusted and responsive service within the community. </li></ul> Schedule: <ul><li> Flexible part-time 8-10 hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak event times. </li></ul> What You Will Bring <ul><li> High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate Degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field is preferred. </li><li> Applicable State or local government health system License is required; national credentialing is preferred. </li><li> Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and PHTLS required (instructor certifications preferred). </li><li> Critical Care Transport or equivalent settings preferred </li><li> 3 years of 911 ALS field experience required. </li><li> Preferred credentials include AMLS, PEPP, or EPC. </li><li> Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals preferred. </li><li> Experience working in remote locations and austere environments preferred. </li></ul> Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
