CHIEF INSPECTORObjectiveThe Chief Inspector is responsible for the administration and supervision of the maintenance performed by MAATS. All maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations must be performed in compliance per the Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Contral Manual (QCM). applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, manufacturer's instructions, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and company standards. This position serves as the primary liaison for the FAA in all maintenance-related and regulatory matters. The Chief Inspector is accountable for the overall operation of the inspection system and the supervision of inspection personnel. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, facilitating discussions, and ensuring students meet all CNP requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following.<ul><li>Course Delivery: Teach the CNP course following the provided curriculum, covering six key modules:</li><li>Management and Leadership of the Non-profit Sector</li><li>Designing Programs for Long-term Sustainability</li><li>Non-profit Budgeting and Financial Management</li><li>Non-profit Communications and Marketing</li><li>Non-profit Fundraising and Resource Development</li><li>Innovation and Trends in the Non-profit Sector</li><li>Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students in completing their volunteerism and professional nonprofit experience requirements (20 hours of volunteer work and 120 hours of professional experience).</li><li>Assessment: Prepare students for the CNP Exam, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to pass.
