Working cross departmentally with the Program Production, External Affairs, Curatorial, Operations, and Visitor Engagement teams, Production Assistants assist with the planning and execution of live events including: technical production, stage management, sourcing and fabricating materials, management of A/V equipment, inventory, and rentals, identifying technical and production needs, and acting at as MoMA PS1’s stage crew. Work closely with the Assistant Director of Music, Performance, and Events, Senior Events Manager, and Project Managers of Exhibitions and Programs to support the planning, organization, and execution of MoMA PS1 live events including Warm Up, Open House, School Nite, and other museum-wide events, performances, special events and rentals.
