Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required in an appropriate technical area • Mechanical Engineering preferred • Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing and supervision • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in food and beverage manufacturing • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word • Demonstrates essential problem-solving methods and initiative • Ability to perform under pressure and to solve problems independently • Ability to communicate well with all employees and customers • Physical Demands: • Must be able to physically perform the functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions • Must be able to work seated using a computer and phone for long periods of time • Must be able to work extended hours, such as daily overtime and an occasional weekend • Must possess visual acuity to document company records • Continuous walking throughout plant and distribution center • Lifting to 40 pounds.
