Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of food-processing machinery, including but not limited to; conveyor deep fryers, industrial ovens, searing units, mixers, nitrogen freeze tunnels, packaging equipment, conveyor lines, metal detectors, and x-ray equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers; handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.
