The Supervisor, Specimen Processing is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Specimen Processing Department; including, but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, timecard management, motivating, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Assist and support the Clinical Lab Training Department; including, but not limited to, reviewing department specific training materials, identifying additional training needs/resources, and providing cross-training, as needed.
